Als Marketing & Sales Assistant (m/w/d) spielen Sie eine wichtige Rolle im effizienten Zusammenarbeiten in einem breit aufgestellten Marketing & Sales - Team. Viele Ihrer cross-funktionalen Aufgaben leisten einen entscheidenden Beitrag für das Zusammenspiel des Marketing & Sales Teams selbst sowohl mit anderen lokalen Abteilungen (z.B. Medical, Supply, Finance, Compliance, Legal etc.) als auch mit unseren externen Kooperationspartnern und globalen Funktionen (M&E, etc.).

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Administrative und operative Unterstützung des Marketing-Teams und/oder Sales-Teams (Marketing
- /Sales oder BU-Lead, Produktmanager)- Kommunikation und Kollaboration mit externen Dienstleistern (z.B. Agenturen, Verlagen, Logistikpartner etc.)- Abwicklung des Bestellwesen inkl. Prüfung von Lieferantenverträgen und -angeboten bzw. der Rechnungsprüfung sowie Angebotslegung bei z.b. Einkaufsgemeinschaften / Krankenhausverbund- Monitoring von Marketing-/Sales Ausgaben (in Anleitung
- verantwortlicher Produktmanager) mit engem Austausch zum Finanzteam- Veranstaltungsmanagement rund um Kongresse und Meetings, AD Veranstaltungen sowie eigene Veranstaltungen für HCP´s inkl. Vertragserstellung und Ablage- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von definierten (Marketing-)Projekten- Daten
- und Dokumentenpflege

Was bringen Sie mit?- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Wirtschaft oder Naturwissenschaft) vorteilhaft- Erfahrung im Pharmaumfeld im Bereich Assistenz bzw. Event
- oder Projektmanagement oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld wie Agentur, etc. ist wünschenswert- Erfahrung mit Bestellsystemen & Rechnungshandling wünschenswert- Gewöhnt in einer Matrix Organisation zu arbeiten- Verständnis für komplexe interne Prozesse, logisches IT affines Denken- Selbständiges, genaues & organisiertes Arbeiten (Planung, Actions steps, Execution, Dokumentation)- Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit Hands-on Mentalität und positiver, resilienter Grundeinstellung- Sicheres Handling von Bedürfnissen verschiedener interner Stakeholder- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
