You want to gain hands-on experience and state of the art expertise in HR, including recruiting, compensation & benefits, performance management, succession planning & talent management, HR reporting & controlling, HR administration and people development in an international and fast-paced working environment?

You do that with passion, enthusiasm and the competency to make our organization fit for success? We have been looking for you as Junior Human Resources Manager (M/F/d).

Your responsibilities:

- Take part and support the local HR Manager in day-to-day HR activities
- Prepare job postings and contribute to the recruiting and on-boarding process (approval processes, CV screening, appointment coordination and participate in job interviews, prepare organizational announcements, etc.)
- HR Reporting: monthly Headcount & FTE reporting, Health & Safety reporting as well as AD HOC analyses
- Administer HR processes in our global people management system “Workday” and make sure that the information in the system is valid and updated
- Support all local employees in the usage of this system
- Organize and coordinate local people development & trainings
- Prepare presentations, provide content for local newsletter & LinkedIn, update job descriptions, take minutes
- Organizational tasks incl. the organization of meetings, videoconferences, and travels
- Contribute to global HR projects
- Deliver HR services to assigned regions and support regional and local HR managers in the yearly HR processes including compensation & benefits, performance management, recruiting, succession planning, organizational development, etc.

Your ideal profile:

- High interest and passion for HR
- University Degree in Business Administration or comparable degree ideally with specialization in Austrian labor law
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, ideally in an international environment
- Analytical thinking with a flair for numbers & advanced Excel skills
- Ideally experiences with SAP (HR/BW) and Workday
- You are positive, enthusiastic and have an endless supply of energy
- Structured personality with a strong attention to detail and organized way of working
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills paired with an open-minded personality and the ability to deal and communicate effectively with different cultures
- Proactive team player with a “can do” attitude and stress-resistance
- Fluent in English - Any other language, especially Spanish, Portuguese, French or German is an advantage

- Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 34.035,68 gross per year. However, our compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries
