**Position Summary**:
The primary focus of Human Resources Director is to oversee HR operations in the European region. This role will play a crucial role in managing the human capital needs of organization and implementing effective HR strategies in line with our global objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the China HR team to align HR strategies, policies, and initiatives, ensuring consistency and effective implementation across the organization. Serve as a liaison between the European HR team and the China HR team, facilitating the exchange of information, sharing of resources, and coordination of projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local regulations and align with our organizational goals. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment contracts, and data protection regulations.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning for the European region.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and handling conflicts or issues effectively.
- Oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching managers on performance-related matters.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management analysis.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and legal requirements pertaining to HR functions.

**Qualification**:

- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HRD or similar senior-level HR role, preferably within an international setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound judgments in complex situations.
- Maintains the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
