**Head Portfolio, Launches & Market Access (d/f/m), Vienna, Austria**

**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Identification of portfolio opportunities:

- Provide portfolio analysis and define a core portfolio
- Support the country and internal departments in all

pharmaceutical aspects related to the portfolio (e.g.

pharmacological property of a substance,

pharmacological interaction, regulatory strategy, etc)
- Ensure timely preparation of wish lists also in

accordance with “quick wins” regarding fast

registrations
- Provide recommendations and support for senior

management in preparation of all development

portfolio related decisions and provide information

as prioritization and budget allocation to projects
- Identify and coordinate with/support team to get

access to external portfolio opportunities
- Take the lead of the 5-year strategic plan
- Close contact especially to the Regulatory Affairs

Department, providing support for the optimal

registration strategy set-up, taking all pharmaceutical

aspects into account
- Ensure timely submissions of registration plans and

coordination of strategic registration projects &
processes with regulatory persons
- Responsible for dossier availability check on

pharmaceutical aspects
- Monitor and influence registration approval progress

to expedite and optimize the outcome
- Being the link to Quality Assurance/Technical

Operations departments, considering current

registration projects
- Proactively build regional relationships
- Manage market access, pricing and reimbursement at

a national and sub-national level for in-line and newly

introduced products.
- Develop reimbursement dossiers for Hauptverband

and other stakeholders (e.g. health insurances,

hospitals, etc.)
- Responsible for understanding and communicating

customer insights to recognize business opportunities

/ building alliances and networks to capture customer

insights
- Lead the establishment of cross functional teams to

optimize business logic and commercial outcomes /

close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Medical

Affairs, Marketing & Sales teams as well as with the

country and regional Market Access teams to ensure

alignment with overarching Sandoz strategies
- Drive operational effectiveness and excellence
- Control allocation of respective budget/resources and

manage external service providers and agencies

Minimum Requirements

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- At least 2 years in Portfolio Management in a

multinational company
- Comprehensive Project Management skills
- Strong presentation and strategic skills
- Independent working style
- Extensive Pharma Management experience
- Significant commercial understanding
- Expert negotiation and persuasive ability
- Fluent in German & English

**In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development options as well as worldwide career opportunities.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 73.112,90/year (on a full time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
