Wir, die Abteilung „Personalentwicklung“, stellen moderne HR-Lösungen mit Fokus auf People Development Partnering für die ÖBB-Infrastruktur und deren Tochtergesellschaften bereit.

Für die Abteilung „Personalentwicklung“ der ÖBB-Infrastruktur suchen wir eine ambitionierte Abteilungsleitung (m/w/x) in Vollzeit oder alternativ gerne zwei Teilzeit-Manager:innen im Job-Sharing-Modell (mit je 20 - 30 Wochenstunden).

**Ihr Job**
- Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für die Personalentwicklung der ÖBB-Infrastruktur nach den strategischen Vorgaben der ÖBB-Holding in enger Abstimmung mit dem Solution Center Personalentwicklung, Kultur und Führung des ÖBB-Business Competence Center (BCC).
- Ihr Schwerpunkt ist die Betreuung der Geschäfts
- und Stabsbereiche sowie der Töchter der ÖBB-Infrastruktur in allen Aspekten der Personalentwicklung (People Development Partnering / Bereichsbetreuung). Mit Ihrer Abteilung bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zum zentralen Solution Center des ÖBB-Business Competence Centers (BCC).
- Teilkonzernspezifische Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen inklusive der Karriereplanung sowie die Laufbahnentwicklung liegen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Dies schließt die Weiterentwicklung der Maßnahmen zum Wissenserhalt und -transfer zur Bewältigung des Generationenwandels in der ÖBB-Infrastruktur mit ein.
- Ergänzend zu den konzernweiten Personalentwicklungsprogrammen stellen Sie eine zielorientierte Personalentwicklung sicher - von der Bedarfserhebung über die Konzepterstellung, Organisation bis hin zur Evaluierung.
- Zentrale Bausteine unserer Unternehmenskultur sind Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, für die Sie innerhalb der ÖBB-Infrastruktur mit Ihrer Abteilung Ansprechpartner:in sind (HR Advisory). Als solche:r sind Sie Schnittstelle zum zentralen Solution Center Diversity & Inclusion des ÖBB-Business Competence Centers.
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für einen Bereich im Change hin zu einer stärker zentral organisierten Personalentwicklungsorganisation im ÖBB-Konzern. Durch Ihr aktives Change-Management gelingt eine erfolgreiche Transformation.
- Bei all Ihren Aufgaben achten Sie auf die kontinuierliche Steigerung von Qualität und Effizienz durch konsequente Prozessarbeit und regelmäßiges Benchmarking.

**Ihr Profil**
- Sie sind eine offene, kreative Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für HR, Menschen & Kultur. Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre proaktive Arbeitsweise aus und bringen gerne neue Ideen mit ein.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung und deren Teildisziplinen. Berufserfahrung in Konzernstrukturen ist von Vorteil. Die Fähigkeit zur Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiter:innen zeichnet Sie aus.
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit einschlägigen Schwerpunkten.
- Sie sind eine überzeugende und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Gestaltungswillen für eine HR-Organisation im Wandel. Mit Ihrer Begeisterungskraft tragen Sie zur erfolgreichen Transformation Ihres Verantwortungsbereichs bei.
- Als Sparring-Partner:in für die Führungskräfte der ÖBB-Infrastruktur entwickeln Sie Ihren Bereich als Inhouse-Coach für People Development & Culture laufend weiter (aktiver Beratungsansatz).
- Im Bereich der Lern
- und Entwicklungsmethoden sind Sie sattelfest; ein großer Vorteil wären Ihre Kenntnisse im Bereich der Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen und der Einführung von Learning Solutions.
- Kompetenzen zur Umsetzung von Diversität und Gleichstellung sowie hohe soziale, interkulturelle und kommunikative Kompetenz setzen wir voraus.

**Unser Angebot**
- Für die Funktion „IN P Leitung Personalentwicklung“ ist ein Mindestgehalt (laut Kollektivvertrag für Arbeitnehmer:innen der österreichischen Eisenbahnunternehmen) von EUR 51.557,94 brutto/Jahr (auf Vollzeitbasis 38,5 h) vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
