- Vollzeitkraft (m/w/d) für unseren Flagship Store auf der Mariahilferstr.

**Deine Verantwortung bei waterdrop®**:

- Du bist in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Store Manager
- Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung der Sales & Marketing Aktivitäten
- Aktiver Verkauf unserer Produkte, sowie Kundenberatung und -betreuung in unseren Stores/Verkaufspunkten
- Verantwortung für Kassaprozesse und Logistikprozesse
- Du unterstützt bei den Themen Personalführung und Personalpläne
- Du involvierst dich gerne auch in Themen rund um Training, Arbeitsklima und und Team Building

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du kannst selbstbewusst auf Menschen zugehen
- Kommunikation, Engagement sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen wurden dir in die Wiege gelegt
- Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer und hoch-motiviert unser Unternehmen mit deinen Fähigkeiten sowie selbstständiger Arbeitsweise nach vorne zu bringen
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und ein Grundverständnis in Englisch - weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Du bist ein Vorbild und lead by example ist kein Fremdwort für dich
