Job description
**Responsibilities**:
Ensure seamless integration and communication between two Operational Management Centers (OMC) to guarantee one can take over if the other fails.
Transition to a new technology stack focusing on virtualization and independence from other levels, establishing a sustainable foundation for the next decade.
Create and maintain new CI/CD pipelines, ensuring separate deployment and production processes due to safety considerations and external audits.
Collaborate with the DevOps group to address hardware and software issues, with a focus on infrastructure connectivity and developer support.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for testing procedures and infrastructure configurations.
Improve testing speed and ensure outdated hardware does not necessitate re-testing the entire software.
Mentor junior testers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
**Your Profile**:
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Integration Tester, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, Middleware, and Virtualization tools.
Proficiency in private cloud environments and testing knowledge. Familiarity with Java, Linux, and Grafana is a plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is a nice to have.
You possess a mentoring mindset and are capable of guiding and supporting other team members.
You have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
You are detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills to maintain comprehensive testing procedures.
You have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
