**What would be your major** responsibilities**?**

This role within the Product Marketing team will create marketing strategies for a variety of payment products, from sending crypto around the world to getting paid in crypto.

An ability to deeply understand merchant & customer needs (both present and future), influence product strategy, and create scaled adoption will be key to success.
- Develop marketing strategies for payments products.
- Be the voice of the customer + trusted advisor as to how current and future Paysafe merchant needs & desires inform the product roadmap as well as messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and external communications.
- Carry out multiple aspects of the product marketing lifecycle, from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and segmentation strategy, education and engagement campaigns, and partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, brand, communications, customer support to launch new products.
- Think big about the future of crypto & how it can power our daily financial lives
- Measure & report against the performance of product marketing initiatives.

**Is this you?**
- 3+ years of Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Product Management experience within a B2B context.
- Ability to stretch up & down the responsibility ladder with a passion for getting things done, whether it’s a big creative strategy project or finessing copy for a blog post.
- Experience crafting & implementing segmentation based on product merchant & market fit.
- Demonstrated track record of crafting customer-oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and solidify retention.
- Experience successfully launching products within a b2b tech context, including but not limited to Crypto, FinTech, and Payments.
- Sophisticated quantitative and deductive skills. Ability to distinguish between the signal & the noise and make data-guided decisions.
- Outstanding solid understanding of inbound marketing. Experience crafting compelling content strategies would be highly helpful.
- Outstanding prioritization and project management skills.
- Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple, cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch: be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done.
- Experience working in crypto, payments, or FinTech & on a global product is an advantage
- Positive energy & optimistic about the future and determined to get there.
- Never tired of learning & want to be a pro in bleeding edge tech like DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web 3.0.
