**What would be your major** responsibilities**?**

As a member of the Crypto/Web3 Unit, you will help to further develop Paysafe’s Crypto/Web3 strategy & deliver products + solutions to support our customer needs.
- Supporting crypto/web3 strategic priority definitions and short term & long-term roadmap for Paysafe.
- Analyze market, customer & industry trends + its impact on market structure and Paysafe
- Identify crypto/web3 opportunities, while partnering with business leadership to evaluate as well as design the plan & roadmaps.
- Support the solution design of crypto/web3 product, taking advantage of capabilities in the market
- Research & provide crypto/web3 expertise to businesses and functions
- Support initiatives from scoping to execution including opportunity definition, commercial feasibility, business case development, detailed design, and execution

**Is this you?**
- 2+ years of experience in financial services or working in digital assets, crypto/web3 preferred
- Basic understanding of business drivers, market structure, and trends in crypto/web3 and payments industry is preferred
- Strategic thinker with strong analytics, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written & verbal communication skills including presenting ideas in an impactful manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to accomplish goals through others, including employees, peers, and other function/business areas of the company
- Entrepreneurial & results oriented and takes initiative
- Create products such as weekly market analyses, monthly research reports, and quarterly industry overviews
- Positive energy & optimistic about the future and determined to get there.
- Never tired of learning & want to be a pro in bleeding edge tech like DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web 3.0.
- Cool with candid feedback and see every setback as an opportunity to grow.
