Uniquely located, vis-à-vis the Vienna State Opera, the Hotel Bristol combines the pulsation of the big city with living history - and has done so for over 130 years. An Art Deco jewel, complemented by modern design, it has always been famous and legendary: suites with a view of the State Opera, the valuable original paintings and antiques, and the open fireplace in the Restaurant Lounge. Equally remarkable is the American Bar. Going out or coming home, the Hotel Bristol is a popular starting point and meeting place at the same time.

**This is what your day looks like**:

- Support the Director of Sales & Distribution
- Active care for our existing customers and key accounts, as well as proactive acquisition of new customers
- Independent planning and execution of sales activities
- Administrative tasks such as reporting, database maintenance and analyses
- Close collaboration between the hotel sales team and global sales teams.
- Representation of the property in various sales activities (site inspections, trade shows, etc.).

**This is what we expect from you**:

- Experience in the sales field of luxury hotels or in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) or Retail Travel Agent
- Very good German and English language skills, additional foreign languages are advantageous
- Strong local and international market and segment knowledge (e.g., MICE, Consortia, Corporate)
- Proficient use of MS Office and Opera
- Excellent manners, a well-groomed and confident appearance, as well as a positive demeanor
- Negotiation skills, strong communication and goal orientation
- Strong customer orientation and high service readiness
- Willingness to travel
