Could you be the full-time **Material Planner** in **Vienna** we’re looking for?

**Your future role**

You’ll report to **DAMSA Iosif,** Supply Chain Manager located in Vienna, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

**We’ll look to you for**:

- Supervise the MIS for projects, reorder parts if necessary.
- Participate in meetings/agreements
- Create demand forecast and transfer to interfaces, consumption/invoice control.
- Continuously expand and optimise the supply system for projects.
- Audit-proof documentation of all purchasing processes
- Create logistics specification according to templates/ specifications and transfer to interfaces
- Implement long-term inventory strategies
- Participate in strategic material stock planning for modernisation/accident/spare parts orders.
- Define logistic flows
- Define and deploy purchasing strategy
- Place Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Expediting

- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Material Planning or a similar position
- Fluent in English and German
- SAP knowledge (MM module)

**The minimum salary for this position is 40K euros per year for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement. Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications.**
