**Responsibilities**
- **As Global People Operations Partner you are responsible for**:

- **Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all people operations processes, policies and tools including but not limited to**:

- _Onboarding_
- _Performance_
- _Learning & Development_
- _Compensation & Benefits_
- _Offboarding_
- **Coaching and consulting leadership about all HR matters**:

- **Maintaining and building a competitive organization**:

- **Building a vibrant company culture and an outstanding employee experience across all regions and departments**:

- **Initiate and own People initiatives that align with MOSTLY AIs values such as**:

- _MOSTLY remote_
- _ESG_
- _DEI_

**Requirments**
- 2+ years experience as People Operations Partner experience.
- Passion for results; able to deliver full-cycle projects (start to finish) and results in a timely manner.
- Very strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates sound, consistent, trusted judgment.
- Experience working with Global Talent (Americas, EMEA, APAC); remote experience preferred.
- Comfortable with high volume and very fast-paced workload; not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to complete more tactical work. Able to switch between strategic and tactical work.
- Willingness to learn and constantly improve.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
- Highly energetic with a pleasant personality, and a “can do/getting things done” attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable; must be able to navigate and blend into a high paced start-up environment.
