Du gestaltest gerne, bist ideenreich und umsetzungsstark und es bereitet dir Freude, HR-Tools und HR-Prozesse zu implementieren bzw. zu optimieren. Fragestellungen rund um die Personaladministration, Personalverrechnung, Gesundheitsmanagement und Diversity & Inklusion bearbeitest du kompetent, empathisch und teamorientiert und du unterstützt beim Aufbau einer Lehrlingsausbildung. **WOFÜR WIR DEINE IDEEN UND DEINE TATKRÄFTIGE UNTERSTÜTZUNG BRAUCHEN**:

- Vorbereitung der Gehaltsverrechnung und enger Austausch mit unserer externen Personalverrechnung
- Zuständigkeit für die Personaladministration, dazu zählen die Pflege von Eintritten, Austritten, Veränderungen, Dienstverhinderungsgründen, Karenzen und ähnliches
- Mitarbeit bei arbeitsrechtlichen Themen und Erstellung von Dienstverträgen
- Übernahme und Weiterentwicklung der Gesundheitsmanagementagenden
- Arbeitnehmer:innenschutz
- Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Diversity & Inklusion
- Mitarbeit beim Aufbau der Lehrlingsausbildung

- Adäquate Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Grundkenntnisse in der Personalverrechnung und im Arbeitsrecht - Personalverrechnerprüfung sowie ein absolvierter Arbeitsrechtskurs sind vorteilig
- Ein ausgeprägtes Administrationsgeschick, Anwenderwissen in DPW Sage und Serviceorientierung
- Wissen für Gesundheitsthemen und Leidenschaft für Diversity & Inklusion
- Du arbeitest absolut genau, selbständig und zuverlässig
- Im Umgang mit den Mitarbeiter:innen zeigst du Feingefühl und suchst immer nach der besten Lösung
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, hinterfragst kritisch und zeigst Verbesserungspotenziale auf

**WAS DICH GEHALTLICH ERWARTET**:

- Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 42.000;
