**Credit Card Risk & Collection Spezialist (w/m/x)**:

- Unsere Abteilung „Card Service“ ist ein professionelles Team von Spezialist:innen rund um das Thema Kreditkarten. Wir betreuen und servicieren unsere Kund:innen von der Kartenbestellung bis hin zum Kartenstorno. Unser Bestreben ist, dem Karteninhaber ein sicheres, schnelles und komfortables Zahlungsverfahren zu bieten. Darüber hinaus betreuen wir unsere Vertriebspartner:innen in den Raiffeisenbanken österreichweit während des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus.
- Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine strukturierte, selbständige und team-orientierte Persönlichkeit. Sie sorgen dafür, dass Transaktionen analysiert und Betrugsmuster erkannt werden, passen bestehende Fraud-Regeln an und erstellen neue. Sie arbeiten im Team gemeinsam in enger Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern#full-time

**Ihre Mission**:

- Bearbeitung und Durchführung von schriftlichen Kundenanfragen
- Sammeln von Daten für das Einleiten von Rückerstattungs
- bzw. Chargebackverfahren
- Selbstständige Entscheidungsfindung zur Weiterbehandlung der Verdachtsfälle
- Durchführung von Transaktionsanalysen, Erkennen von Betrugsmustern und daraus resultierende Ableitung neuer Fraud-Regeln
- Enge Abstimmung mit den Regel-Experten sowie internen Teams und Departements
- Laufende Überwachung der Rückstände des Retail-Portfolios
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Card Projekten

***Ihre Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung. (Commerce, Accounting, Economist Focus)
- Erfarung in banking or finance industry
- Selbstgesteuert und autonomy
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Englisch Kenntnisse.
