Unsere Abteilung „Card Service“ ist ein professionelles Team von Spezialist:innen rund um das Thema Kreditkarten. Wir betreuen und servicieren unsere Kund:innen von der Kartenbestellung bis hin zum Kartenstorno. Unser Bestreben ist, dem Karteninhaber ein sicheres, schnelles und komfortables Zahlungsverfahren zu bieten. Darüber hinaus betreuen wir unsere Vertriebspartner:innen in den Raiffeisenbanken österreichweit während des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. **Ihre Mission**:

- Verantwortung für das Settlement von Kreditkarten (Issuing, Acquiring/CrossBorder)
- Mitarbeit bei Monats
- und Quartalsabschlüssen
- Erstellung von Buchungen auf internen Konten
- Durchführung von Kontoabstimmungen und sonstigen Auswertungen
- Exaktes Kontrollieren der Konten
- Zuständigkeit für Compliance Tätigkeiten wie Monitoring von High Risk und Politically Exposed Persons (PEP)
- Erstellung von Reports
- Sie haben keinen direkten Kundenkontakt

***Ihre Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische/betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (zB HAK, VBS, HBLA, o. Ä.)
- Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung, idealerweise im Banken
- oder Kreditkartenbereich (Settlement)
- Profundes MS Office Know How, insbesondere Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität
