**Your role at RBI**:

- Identify pain points and areas for improvement within credit decision processes, taking a proactive approach to driving impactful change
- Actively lead the design thinking process, particularly in complex and often cross-functional areas, contributing to innovative problem-solving

***Your core competencies**:

- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the non-retail risk management
- Experience and capability to lead the design thinking process, particularly in complex and cross-functional areas.
- A keen business sense to comprehend overarching topics and contribute meaningfully to the strategic objectives of the organization
- Ability to collaborate closely with network banks, understanding local requirements, and facilitating smooth transitions
- You’re fluent in English; German is a plus, but not mandatory
