**Du bist ein Organisationstalent und überaus strukturiert?**

Dann werde Teil des Legal Teams Marketing Media & Data Privacy und unterstütze den Global Head of Legal als Schnittstelle in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Angelegenheiten. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Rolle wird Du das organisatorische Rückgrat der Rechtsabteilung und kümmerst Dich vorwiegend in englischer Sprache um die Vorbereitung und Organisation von Meetings und Präsentationen, die Koordination interner Themen und Workflows wie Reporting und Knowledge Sharing und kümmerst Dich eigenverantwortlich um die Verbesserung unserer organisatorischen Prozesse.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**Unterstützung des GLOBAL HEAD OF LEGAL**

Du unterstützt den Global Head of Legal bei der Recherche, Aufgabenvorbereitung, Memoerstellung und Aktenverwaltung. Du organisierst das regelmäßige Reporting der verschiedenen Abteilungen an den Global Head of Legal, verwaltest und organisierst den Kalender für interne und externe Meetings und bereitest Präsentationen in Powerpoint vor. Du unterstützt außerdem bei der Kostenkontrolle der Ausgaben für externe Anwälte und erstellst dazu Reports und Statistiken.

**Sachbearbeitung**

Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner für Behörden, Gerichte und Anwaltskanzleien und übernimmst die Kommunikation mit diesen. Außerdem bist Du verantwortlich für den unternehmensinternen Unterschriftenlauf, der die Erstellung von Deal-Summarys mit umfasst.

**Eigenverantwortliche Gestaltung**

Du strukturierst und administrierst den Innen
- und Außenauftritt der Abteilung und organisierst darüber hinaus den regelmäßigen juristischen Wissensaustausch und internationale Treffen. Zur ständigen Verbesserung unserer juristischen Dienstleistungen erarbeitest Du interne rechtliche Richtlinien und Arbeitsabläufe.

**Qualifikationen**:
8-10 Jahre Erfahrung als Assistenz, Rechtsanwalts
- oder Notarsfachangestellte oder Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung

Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)

Auslandserfahrung von Vorteil (vorzugsweise im Englisch sprachigen Ausland)

Interesse an juristischen Themen und der Welt von Red Bull

Fähigkeit, strukturiert zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen

Diskrete, loyale Persönlichkeit

Hands-on-Mentalität mit lösungsorientierter Denkweise

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.041,00 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
