**Your Role**

As Technical Operations Manager you’ll oversee all aspects of our physical infrastructure, from maintenance to energy management. Supporting our engineers, you’ll ensure the quality and safety of operations across the site, reporting regularly to the Service Operations Manager to share information and coordinate future projects. With local laws and regulations as our baseline, your guidance will further minimize risk and create constant improvement to our standards and processes. Whether giving site inductions for new staff, handing over between departments, or reporting incidents - you’ll make sure information is passed to the right people to ensure maximum safety and efficiency. Through your skilled management, you’ll ensure that we’re always operating at full capacity for our customers.

**What You’ll Need**
- Proven management experience in a mechanical and electrical environment, with excellent knowledge of maintenance systems and data centre infrastructure.
- Bachelor-level education in a technical or engineering field, and the ability to read Electrical and Mechanical diagrams.
- Previous experience performing operational assessments, risk analysis, and audit events.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The disposition to work under pressure, handling escalations competently and with a calm demeanour.
- Customer focus, self-discipline and initiative - with the leadership skills to motivate a diverse workforce and collaborate on solutions.

As always, we offer a competitive salary and benefits (based on our collective agreement we pay a minimum of 51.800;
