**Boeing Global Services** is looking for a **Marketing and Sales Manager **to join the **Jeppesen **team in **Vienna, Austria.**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Manages employees and first-level managers planning, developing and managing sales and marketing campaigns.
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Sales and Account management experience with Govt and Military customers in digital solutions.
- Lead Sales campaigns with proven win results
- Proven leadership skills

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Over 10+ years’ experience within aviation, ideally with military flying experience
- Selling digital flight operations and digital maintenance/MRO solutions
