**(Senior) Specialist Innovation Portfolio Management (f/m/d)**:
In the role, you will be responsible to oversee process development, portfolio reviews, global standards enforcement, support system maintenance, and continuous monitoring of technology development initiatives.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Technology development and Innovation portfolio management process development and maintenance
- Facilitation of technology development and innovation portfolio review
- Global enforcement of technology development and innovation portfolio management standards
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of the portfolio management support systems
- Continuous monitoring of technology development portfolio

**Your Profile**:

- Master degree in innovation management, technology management, engineering or related field
- 3+ years’ proven experience in development portfolio management innovation management or innovation management, preferable within the electronics industry
- Advanced project and process management skills
- Strong analytical and conceptional competences
- Work in an analytical and structured manner, ensuring efficient problem-solving and task organization
- Proactive teamplayer with strong communiation skills and high willingness to learn
- Strong moderation skills is essential, and any facilitation or teaching skills would be considered a valuable asset
- Fluent in English both written and oral; German proficiency is advantageous
