**Project Manager for SEBIT** (STAR EU Business Implementation Team) **M/F/d**
**40 hours per week, place of work: Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Mazedonia, Bosnia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey possible (Position Available Immediately)**
- Introduce and implement Standard Business Processes in Business Service, especially in the areas of Customer Service, Order Management and Operation Center Land
- Train, assist and monitor country counter parts to ensure enforced standards.
- Conduct assessments to elaborate country specific (legal and business) requirements.
- Conduct audits/ reviews after implementation to keep standards
- Collaborate with all involved stakeholders, like IT Teams, Cluster HO, Regional HO, Corporate HO, corporate SEBIT team.
- Support during STAR EU Roll-Out
- Actively support the further definition and enhancements of the Standard Processes in your field of responsibility
- At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding
- Fluent in English and other Eastern European languages
- Experienced in Process
- and Project Management
- Skilled with Change Management
- An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
- Communication skills as well as conflict resolution skills, ability to moderate and persuade within different organizational units and functions
- High level of personal responsibility, ability to work under pressure, analytical way of thinking as well as independent and accurate work
- Willingness to travel across Europe up to 80%
