Conversion Specialist, Ecosystem

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with digital marketing, websites, and apps, with User Experience (UX) and partner success.
- Experience in a client-facing role, consultative sales.
- Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with large clients and partners across different levels and with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience giving business development, mobile strategy (e.g., web/app), and UX advice including proposing a/b testing plans.
- Experience with diagnosing and improving page speed, and Next Generation web technologies.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership.
- Experience working with agencies directly and in a three-way (i.e., client, agency, Google) relationship with a good understanding of the DACH agency, consultancy, and tech partner landscape.
- Ability to influence C-level decisions and drive impact for large corporate organizations.

As a Conversion Specialist, you will partner with the wider Conversion Specialist team across Central Europe and various other teams to help Google significantly scale our impact to customers through their agencies. You will build an ecosystem of well-qualified agencies and tech partners who deliver transformational growth to their clients through UX and speed-based conversion optimization consulting and implementations.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify certification of agencies and partners with significant client influence, as well as their support during the qualification process.
- Create a B/C-level agency and partner buy-in on business opportunities. Provide consultative support for agencies and partners in your portfolio to maximize their effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing non-Google Marketing Platform B/C-level partner relationship management support to partners (e.g., Agencies, Consultancies, and Tech Partners) in your portfolio.
- Coach partners with the help of gTech, create business materials, help partners win their first pitches, and ensure partners deliver high-quality standards (e.g., audit the audit) to make clients successful.
- Develop and refine strategy to direct client demand to partners, including customer/partner incentives.
