**Once you join us you will be**:

- Owning hiring processes end-to-end.
- Evaluating and implementing new hiring channels to improve recruitment efforts and attract talent.
- Maintaining and improving recruitment workflows.
- Managing B2B support and contractor relationships with onboarding and contracting.
- Taking over end-to-end ownership of procurement of external contractors (freelancers, agencies etc.)

**What makes you the right match**:

- Min 3+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition/recruitment in a software industry.
- Drive to look for and implement new solutions, channels, tools to streamline recruitment processes.
- Proactive and pragmatic approach to recruitment activities to attract the right talent.
- Experience with general HR operations to be able to step in and take over ad-hoc tasks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
- Ability to work and conduct personal interviews and meetings on-site at our office in Vienna.
