Talent Acquisition Specialist (w/m/x)

Executive Search | Recruiting | Kandidat*innen identifizieren & begeistern

IHRE KÜNFTIGE ROLLE

In dieser Rolle begeistern Sie unsere Kund*innen und Kandidat*innen aus den Bereichen Life Science und Industrie und arbeiten mit einem engagierten Team zusammen, um die **"Leaders for tomorrow"** zu entdecken und zu gewinnen.
- Als Teil des Talent Acquisition Teams suchen Sie aktiv nach interessanten Kandidat*innen, sprechen diese individuell an und führen erste Interviews
- Sie übernehmen eigenständig die Marktrecherche und Marktbeobachtung in relevanten Branchen
- Sie lernen, die Bedürfnisse der Kund*innen und Kandidat*innen zu verstehen und entscheiden, wie Sie erfolgreich die Talente am Markt begeistern können
- Über verschiedene Kanäle erweitern Sie kontinuierlich Ihr Netzwerk und werden Spezialist*in im Executive Search und Recruiting in mehreren Branchen
- Sie bringen neue Ideen ein, entwickeln unser Rekrutierungstool mit und übernehmen als Teil des Teams Verantwortung für das weitere Wachstum und den Erfolg von Talentor Austria
- Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört auch die datenschutzkonforme Administration und Dokumentation des Bewerbungsprozesses

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Sie bringen ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Interesse an Menschen und Recruiting sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung mit
- Freude an der Recherche über verschiedene Kanäle und soziale Medien sowie am Telefonieren
- Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative, Innovationsgeist, Proaktivität und unkonventionelles Denken in Ihrer Arbeit
- Sie arbeiten gerne mit Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen und übernehmen Verantwortung für den Erfolg des Teams und des Unternehmens
- Erfahrungen aus dem Recruiting / Executive Search sind wünschenswert, aber auch Quereinsteiger*innen sind willkommen
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
