Wir suchen Dich zur Verstärkung unseres Recruitingteams Du hast Lust und Interesse den kompletten Zyklus des Recruitingprozessesn kennenzulernen?

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören das Nutzen verschiedener Kanäle zum Aufspüren potentieller Kandidaten, das Kontaktieren passiver und aktiver Kandidaten und das Aufbauen eines Talentpools zum Decken des künftigen Einstellungsbedarfs. Wenn Du bereits weißt, wie Sourcing in sozialen Medien funktioniert aber auch gern Neues über verschiedene Funktionen lernen willst, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig Werde Teil eines motivierten Teams um freie Stellen mit qualifizierten Mitarbeitern zu besetzen.

**Anforderungen**:

- Interagieren mit potenziellen Kandidaten in sozialen Medien und beruflichen Netzwerken (z. B. LinkedIn, Slack und Github)
- Verfassen und Verschicken von Personalbeschaffungs-E-Mails
- Festlegen von Stellenanforderungen in Absprache mit den rekrutierenden Führungskräften
- Ermitteln qualifizierter Kandidatenprofile mithilfe verschiedener Beschaffungstechniken (z. B. Boolesche Suche)
- Entwickeln von Talentpools zum Decken von künftigem Einstellungsbedarf
- Messen von Umwandlungsquoten - wie die Anzahl passiver Kandidaten, die zu Bewerbern werden, die zu Vorstellungsgesprächen eingeladen werden, die ein Angebot erhalten und die eingestellt werden
- Kontaktieren früherer Bewerber bezüglich neuer Jobchancen
- Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Karrieremessen/Ständen
- Verfügbarkeit: ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche
- Es handelt sich um eine befristete Stelle für 6 Monate.
- BSc/BA-Studium in den Bereichen HR, Wirtschaft oder einem relevanten Fachgebiet (laufend oder abgeschlossen)
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Freude am Arbeiten im Team
