**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will be responsible for:

- Creating and managing paid social performance campaigns on behalf of our clients
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance across key metrics and optimizing campaigns accordingly
- Maintaining and executing a structured Test & Learn approach to iterate and develop best practice buying practices to unlock performance
- Surfacing incremental opportunities to help clients reach their objectives via Paid Social
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with Social platforms such as Meta
- Working collaboratively with our sales, account management, technical and creative teams to onboard and scale clients

Knowledge and skills
- Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, particularl on Paid Social channels
- A comfort in building and optimising user acquisition and retention campaigns to deliver against performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS
- Knowledge of the gambling / igaming industry
- Analytical mindset with ability to derive insight from data
- Problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently
- Comfort moving in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and passion for sports

Experience and qualifications
- 2+ years experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience executing campaigns driving measurable, business results
- Preferable experience working with online gambling/igaming brands
- Preferable experience with Facebook Dynamic Ads product
- Preferable experience with a variety of Paid Social channels
