Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bergheim oder in Wien suchen wir eine/n** Compensation & Benefits, Mobility Specialist **(w/m/d) für die Region **EMEA**.

In dieser Funktion sind Sie im EMEA Headquarters für (Teil-)Projekte im Bereich C&B zuständig und tragen somit zur weiteren Professionalisierung des C&B Bereichs bei. Im Rahmen der Projekte - u.a. zB Compensation Portlet im HRIS SAP SuccessFactors - arbeiten Sie eng mit dem globalen CoE C&B und den einzelnen lokalen und regionalen HR-Organisationen zusammen.

Zudem wird diese Funktion die Projektleitung bei der Konzeption und Ausrollung einer globalen „Job Architecture“ unterstützen, indem vor allem Projektmanagementtätigkeiten und je nach Qualifikation Arbeitspakete bis hin zu Teilprojekten innerhalb der EMEA übernommen werden.

**AUFGABEN**:

- Projektmitarbeit: aktuell beim Rollout unseres globalen Compensation Portlets in SAP Sucess Factors innerhalb der EMEA
- Unterstützung bei Gehaltsstudien
- Etablieren und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von C&B Prozessen: Prüfung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Standards zur Gewährleistung von Nachvollziehbarkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Prozess
- und Rechtssicherheit
- Umsetzung einer globalen Mobility Strategie innerhalb der EMEA
- Operative C&B Themen: Unterstützung des Regional HR Management Team zB beim globalen Gehaltserhöhungsprozess, Erstellen von Stellenbeschreibungen, Reportings und KPIs

**QUALIFIKATIONEN**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Bezug zu Human Resources (Wirtschafts-, Rechtswissenschaften, Soziologie, Psychologie, uä)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich, idealerweise im Bereich Compensation & Benefits oder HR Controlling
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Vertrauenswürdigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten sowie analytisches Denken
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, in Voll
- oder Teilzeit (4 Tage/Woche) zu arbeiten. Wir bieten ein attraktives und leistungsbezogenes Gehalt, das sich an Ihrer Qualifikation und Ihrer Berufserfahrung orientiert und das für diese Position deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag liegen kann (KV-Minimum auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung ist EUR 43.314,74 brutto pro Jahr).
