**HR Manager DACH (M/F/d)**

Are you an experienced HR Manager, specializing in the DACH region? Then we’d love to hear from you.

**YOUR ROLE.**

We are recruiting for an HR Manager to provide tactical insight, high levels of commercial acumen and expert knowledge and understanding of Germany, Austrian and Swiss employment legislation and best practice. This is a key role within our EMEA HR team, reporting directly to the HR Director, EMEA and collaborating with an international team, across multiple regions.

We’re a newly established team and we are on a journey to continuously improve and refine our HR processes and procedures. You will input into how things are done and what kind of service level we can provide to the business. With a relatively small employee group (approx. 160 across the region), you will be a highly visible expert, and have an opportunity to work on both defining and improving our HR offering, as well as a variety of projects.

This role can operate out of either our Ingelheim (Germany) or Wels (Austria) office, on a hybrid basis (2 days office). This role will require some travel on an ad hoc basis.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** - an overview.

- Develop and implement HR strategies for DACH countries that align with the overall business objectives of the organization
- Create and roll-out HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations and are consistent with Weber values
- Collaborate with the wider HR teams and specialist functions to ensure all employees have a smooth employee life cycle from recruitment to off-boarding
- Act as a Partner for our employees by providing guidance, escalating issues and solving complex HR issues
- Collaborate with wider HR team to ensure a consistent and seamless approach to all HR related queries
- Work on payroll and benefits topics by overseeing HR Advisor’s payroll tasks, partnering with global HR teams to implement compensation and benefits plans, as well as provide regional guidance on salary trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR-related projects

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?**
- Significant HR Manager experience across the DACH region with an excellent track record of working across multiple countries
- Excellent knowledge of DACH employment laws and regional HR best practices
- Native German speaker and fluent/business level English
- Excellent commercial acumen - comfortable balancing commercial and people priorities
- Thrives in a high-change environment - confident operating in ambiguity and finding effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident working with colleagues at all levels and on confidential and sensitive matters and negotiating and influencing outcomes
- Experience of leading and owning project work
- Experience using HR software (ideally SuccessFactors) to drive commercial performance and employee engagement
