At a Glance:
We are excited to offer the position of Sales Representative to an entrepreneurial new member of On’s Austria team. You will work in the field representing and developing the brand with our B2B business partners (sport shops, general sporting goods stores, etc.) in the Eastern part of Austria. In this role, we're looking for a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when being challenged. You will be on the road up to 75% of your time, but always staying connected with your team.

Your Mission:

- Being responsible for all sales activities, including trainings, events and identification of new business opportunities
- Organise and execute sell-in meetings with our partners, with a strong focus on sell-in and sell-out throughout the year
- Active relationship management with our B2B partners
- Administration and Data management in our CRM system
- Close collaboration with the Trade Marketing Department

Your Story:

- At least 4-5 years experience within a retail related industry, ideally in Sports/Fashion/Design etc.
- A passion for bringing sales initiatives to life in order to reach overall sales target
- Self-driven approach to organise the operational relationship management with our partner, including meeting planning and execution, data analysis, activation & trainings, events
- Building and maintaining relationships is one of your strengths and helps you to effectively connect to our retail partners, media, and marketing partners
- Ability to excite our partners about the brand with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Native German speaker is a must, English is required too
- Driving license
