Unser Kunde ist ein Möbelunternehmen, das seit vielen Jahren mit Designprofis besetzt ist. Sie teilen die Mission, Vielfalt und Charakter in die industrielle Produktion einzubringen.

**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Aufrechterhalten positiver Geschäftsbeziehungen, um zukünftige Verkäufe sicherzustellen
- Beschleunigung der Lösung von Kundenproblemen und Beschwerden, um die Zufriedenheit zu maximieren
- Sicherstellen, dass der Kunde zufrieden ist und währenddessen angemessen betreut wird einen Kauf tätigen
- Konzentriert dieVerkaufsbemühungen, indem er bestehende und potenzielle Kundenzahlen untersucht

- Durchschnittliche Computer
- und Smart-Device-Kenntnisse
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch für schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a **Sales Showroom Representative**

You will have the opportunity to join creative and relaxing work environment within showroom. You can enjoy the inspiring community around this brand in exclusive sales center in the heart of Vienna.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients

**If you are someone who has**:

- Design or Sales background
- Average computer and smart devices skills
- Fluent in German and English for both written and verbal communication
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
