**Hybrid/ Full Remote**

**Hybrid Locations: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Ljubljana, Bratislava, Vienna**

**Remote: Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria.**

Sportradar are building a global architecture practice and seeking exceptionally talented individuals to take a leading role in delivering our platform.

The specifics of current skillset is not as important as your ability to learn and adapt and to collaborate across domains and geographies.

**THE CHALLENGE**:

- Alongside a small team of Head Architects, the Director of Strategy & Architecture and the CTO you will;
- Coach and mentor a team of experienced architects
- Be accountable for the architecture of large programmes of work
- Shape the technology platforms for our internal and customer facing systems
- Drive technical cohesion across our global engineering teams
- Be a leader and help shape the Architecture Practice

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Lifetime learner, interested in understanding the technology state of the art
- Strong communicator and collaborator including an ability to present to board level
- Pragmatic practitioner, able to balance technology purity within delivery constraints
- Strategic thinker, able to keep the long term goal insight whilst delivering todays needs
- Strong architectural experience with a range of items from;
- modern technology, e.g. AWS, Microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka
- data processing patterns, e.g. Lambda, Kappa, Map-Reduce
- data modelling and data science, e.g. Machine Learning, AI, Enterprise Data Modelling
- high performance computing patterns. e.g. reactive, event streaming
- modern methods, e.g. DevOps, Domain Driven Design, Lean, Agile

It is not essential to have all these skills, but an aptitude and willingness to develop those you don’t know is key

**The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, over payment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.**
