**Team Lead Communications (m/w/d)**:

Du bist ein ausgezeichneter Teamplayer mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität und hast das Talent, komplexe Themen in einfachen, verständlichen Begriffen zu präsentieren.**#PROFILE**:
Als Team Lead Communications übernimmst Du die Leitung und Entwicklung des Teams. Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Kommunikationsstrategien und initiativen. Dazu gehören interne und externe Kommunikationskanäle, Veranstaltungen und Projekte. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management, Marketing und HR-Team zusammen und stellst sicher, dass alle Kommunikationsbemühungen aufeinander abgestimmt und auf die Unternehmensziele ausgerichtet sind. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Überwachung und Umsetzung der Kommunikationsrichtlinien und arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools, um die Effektivität der Kommunikation zu verbessern. Eine einschlägige Erfahrung in der Krisenkommunikation gehört ebenfalls zu Deinem Profil. Du informierst Dich regelmäßig über neue Kommunikationstrends und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Technologie-Themen.

Aufgaben:

- Leitung und Entwicklung des Teams für interne und externe Kommunikation
- Strategische Ausrichtung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Beratung des Managements in kommunikativen Fragestellungen
- Verantwortung für die Krisenkommunikation und den Aufbau entsprechender Prozesse
- Förderung der persönlichen und beruflichen Entwicklung der Teammitglieder
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Kommunikationsstrategien und -prozesse

- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der internen und externen Kommunikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung
- Stark in der Planung und Durchführung von Kommunikationsstrategien und -initiativen
- Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Schreiben und Vermitteln komplexer Themen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Kommunikationskanälen (online, offline, soziale Medien)
- Ausgeprägte Fertigkeiten im Projektmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit crossfunktionalen Teams
- Ein gutes Verständnis für Technologie-Themen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Optimierung der Kommunikation
