We are looking for an **Internal Communications Lead** (M/F/d) to join our Communcations and Marketing Team in **Graz, Vienna or Raaba**.

As the Internal Communications Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive corporate culture, and ensuring effective communication within ANDRITZ.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies that align with our overall objectives and values.

**Your Tasks**
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Plan, create, and deliver clear and impactful communication and campaigns that drive employee engagement and understanding of the company's vision, mission, values, and business priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Corporate Communications, and Marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and effective delivery of communication initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and managers, to ensure effective communication of organizational changes and initiatives
- Measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives through metrics and analytics and use insights to continuously improve internal communications strategies
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in internal communication processes and systems and implement best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness

**Your Profile**
- Master's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related field
- 10+ years of work experience in internal communications
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful internal communication strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong storytelling abilities and creativity in content creation
- Excellent written and spoken English skills with knowledge of other languages being an advantage
- Orientation for high performance and ability to work hands-on with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in internal communications

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 6.400 for this position on an all-in basis.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
