**Senior Internal Communications Manager (f/m/d)**

Your Tasks
- Verantwortliche Ansprechperson für interne Kommunikation sowohl für das Headquarter als auch gruppenweit
- Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung gruppenweiter Projekte
- Verantwortung für die laufende Bespielung der internen Kommunikationskanäle (Newsletter, News Artikel, Blog Posts)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand in unterschiedlichen internen Kommunikationsthemen
- Entwicklung von neuen Formaten für die interne Kommunikation
- Weiterentwicklung des internen gruppenweiten Intranets
- Pflege und Betreuung des gruppenweiten internen Kommunikationsnetzwerks
- Budgetplanung, Überwachung und Verantwortung für alle Kommunikationstools und Maßnahmen der internen Kommunikation
- Kommunikation von Veränderungen in der Organisationsstruktur
- Zusammenarbeit mit Business Units und Fachabteilungen

Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation oder Journalismus, Lehrgang oder ähnliche Ausbildung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung; Agenturerfahrung bzw. einschlägige Erfahrung in der internen Kommunikation eines internationalen Unternehmens
- Fundiertes Know How im Erstellen von Texten und Präsentationen
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse: MS Office insb. Power Point bzw. Kenntnisse in branchenüblichen Grafikprogrammen (z.B.
- InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von länderübergreifenden Projekten
- CMS-Kenntnisse sowie Microsoft Sharepoint Kenntnisse bzw. Office365 Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit Social Enterprise Networks von Vorteil
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Hands On Mentalität und hohe Resilienz

Our Offer
