We are looking for an ambitious leader to join our team as our VP Organisation, Culture and Experience, who will completely build this part of our People function in the global business.

**Your tasks**:
As the VP Organisation, Culture and Experience you will be a key member of the leadership team of the People and Organization function, working directly with the Chief People and Organization Officer and other leaders in the function. Within your role you will be responsible for:

- Leading the global organizational development for GoStudent incl., e.g. designing, optimizing and ensuring the effective implementation of a long term vision for:

- GoStudent’s operating model
- Global Governance and Steering mechanisms (reporting structures, regional vs functional steering)
- Global Organizational design (boxes, lines, spans & layers)
- Global Location strategy (e.g. service and recruiting hubs)
- Organizational performance management
- Processes, Agile methodologies and Change management
- Driving the evolution of GoStudent’s culture, values and purpose including change management initiatives
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive Employee Value Proposition including working closely with Employer Branding to create a distinctive Employer Branding Strategy
- Creating emphasis on the Employee experience, engagement and relations strategy and programs, including “moments that matter” along the entire employee lifecycle
- Developing and implementing international guidelines, standards, processes and tools (e.g., ways of working) in close interaction with local HR departments
- Constantly optimizing, reviewing competitor and general industry practices, and analyzing cost impact/ effectiveness.

**Who you are**:

- Multiple years experience in global organizational development, ideally in an agile/fast paced environment building an agile operating model
- Proven ability to lead through global cultural and organizational transformation, process changes and implementation.
- Proven coach and advisor to the business with strong communication skills, with the ability to work across all departments and levels of the business.
- Experience in linking people and strategy, with strong financial and business acumen
- Organised and precise mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks and leading a group of individuals in different parts of the business within a project format.
- Self-starter, passionate, with a strong drive and hands-on mentality alongside being results oriented
