**Your Responsibilities**:
We want to be data-drivenand for that, we need a data driver. In this exciting and important role, you’ll keep Meister’s Big Data trains running on time, laying the tracks and building new engines to reach exciting destinations. Sounds like you? All aboard
As our first ever VP of Data, you’ll report directly to our CTO, but the role means close collaboration all across our business - especially when it comes to formulating strategy with the executive team. You will lead our Data Analytics and Platform & Engineering teams, creating new processes and systems that drive functional improvements to our products. If you’ve got the drive to bring data to Meister - then we’ve got the blank canvas for you to shine.

**What Makes You Special**:

- **5-10 years’ experience.** You’ve got a track record of building comprehensive data strategies, proven experience in data analytics, and have improved/modernized data systems before. This was ideally in a growing SaaS company, at Director level or above.
- ** Data-driven.** You’ve got an expert understanding of big data environments and modern data analytics platforms.
