Head of People Partnering

This is a unique opportunity to **lead** and **develop** our **People Partner** team** across 5 offices (AT, UK, US, PL and BG). You will not only **partner with our VP of People** on **strategy** and **deliverables**, but also act as a **senior** **partner to the business** and **lead by example** on a strategic and day to day operational level to help elevate our service provision to the next level.
This is a **full-time** position based in our headquarters in **Vienna.** We currently operate a **hybrid** **model** and would love for you to come into the office **2-3 times per week**.
**Some of the things you'll work on**:

- Partner with our VP of People to **shape**, and **deliver** on successful **global People Partner strategies/**processes** and work with your peers in the People team on global **projects** that drive Adverity towards the successful achievement of its OKRs.
- **Represent DACH **in global initiatives as well as **lead**, **grow** and **develop** our global People Partner team responsible for overseeing the entire employee journey in all our territories.
- Have regular touchpoints with global business units/functions, to ensure **business transformation**, **change management** and **talent management** is delivered and supported for international teams.
- Provide operational **advice **and **guidance** to **managers**, helping them to better understand how to manage their people and maximise their potential. Use your skills to proactively contribute to, and drive, our **Talent Development program**.
- Manage the **enhancement** and **implementation** of our **regular People Partner cycles**, including performance management, change management projects, compensation and benefits reviews, and talent management.
- Identify, track and report on **key People metrics** to assist in your decision making and planning.
- Provide leadership and oversight of **People compliance**, ensuring compliant processes and alignment with local and international employee laws and regulations, and managing the quality of all people data, policies, processes, and procedures.
**We're excited if you have**:
- Proven success in **fast-paced SaaS**/**Tech SME** businesses with **experience in managing** or **leading global** People Partnering **teams**, shaping and delivering on successful **strategies** and day to day **operational** tasks, and proven experience in **developing team members**.
- Demonstrable experience in creating, leading and executing **Talent Management** as well as **Talent Development** processes autonomously, including performance reviews, succession planning, career pathing, and skill gap assessments.
- Broad global technical experience - an up to date knowledge of **Austrian Labour Law** (IT-KV/CBA). Understanding of UK, US, Polish and/or Bulgarian Labour Law is a plus.
- Experience in **leading on complex employee relations**, including handling ER cases, is essential.
- Ability to make **data-driven decisions** and **set KPIs**. Good **analytical skills** and advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, HRIS (ideally Personio) and Engagement platform (ideally CultureAmp).
- **Innovative** in nature with a ‘can do’ attitude. Self-confidence and **decisive leadership** with excellent listening skills, emotional maturity and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Written and verbally fluent in **English** and **German**. Superior communication, influencing, and persuasion skills.

We offer a salary starting from €80.000 per year. In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
