**Your mission**:
As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
**Key responsabilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve World Data Lab's revenue goals, identify new business opportunities, and expand market presence;
- Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;
- Successfully take care of a high volume of engagements independently;
- Work closely with Marketing and Communications, Product Development, and Data teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to market;
- Represent World Data Lab at conferences and across other relevant channels.
**Your profile**:
- At least 10 years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the DAAS industry;
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies;
- Extensive network within the DAAS industry, with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth and opportunities;
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing sales teams;
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and manage a high volume of engagements simultaneously without losing sight of the key priorities;
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills, as well as the ability to foster long-term relationships with our partners;
- High level of problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and dedication, as well as IT savviness;
- Fluency in English is essential, additional languages are advantageous.

We offer a minimum gross salary of EUR 70,000 per year (full-time basis) and a generous commission structure with great earning potential plus a performance-based compensation.
