- Du hast Interesse am österreichischen Bildungssystem und den Drang es durch den Einsatz von digitalen Lehr
- und Lernmaterialien ein Stück besser zu machen. Du hast Empathie für Bedürfnisse von LehrerInnen.
- Dir liegen Sales-Prozesse: Du liebst es zu telefonieren, hast Erfahrung in der telefonischen und persönlichen Akquise (B2C; B2B ein Plus), der Dokumentation in einem CRM und pflegst souveränen Umgang mit KundInnen.
- Dir liegt Self-Management: Du arbeitest gern eigenverantwortlich und selbstständig.
- Du hast Freude an neuen Herausforderungen, der Erreichung von Zielen und arbeitest gern im Team.
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch-Kenntnisse auf Muttersprachenniveau (C2), sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (B1). Du hast die Matura bzw. ein Studium (BSc, BA) abgeschlossen, vergleichbare Sales-Erfahrung ist ein Plus.

- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B und einen eigenen PKW.
- Du hast Unterrichtserfahrung/Lehramt bzw. Erfahrung im E-Learning-Bereich und/oder in einem Start-up.

Deine Aufgaben
- Als SchulberaterIn informierst und berätst du Schulen und LehrerInnen über Telefon, E-Mail bzw. persönlich zu digitalen Lernmöglichkeiten, Lizenzmodellen und Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten.
- Du repräsentierst eSquirrel österreichweit auf Fachtagungen oder Messen (Standbetreuung) und präsentierst unser Angebot im Rahmen von Vorträgen.
- Du hältst Online-Webinare, Produkt-Demos oder Vorträge vor Ort für LehrerInnen, teilweise in Kooperation mit Key Account PartnerInnen (Schulbuchverlage) oder Pädagogischen Hochschulen.
- Deine Arbeitszeit besteht überwiegend aus Telefonaten und Mails, und zu einem kleineren Teil aus Außendienst (Veranstaltungen, Vorträge) und Online-Webinaren.
