**About Daiki**
Daiki is an artificial intelligence company with offices in Vienna and the USA. It was founded in 2023 as a spin-off of a research project about ethical AI between the University of Vienna and Gradient Zero, a machine learning company based in Vienna. Our multidisciplinary team combines legal, ethical, design, and machine learning expertise; we help teams build better and more responsible AI systems by providing a unified platform that embeds ethics in the AI development process.
Daiki’s SaaS platform combines AI strategy and governance to help teams 'get AI done'; we enable organizations to successfully implement AI projects while meeting industry-specific, local, and international compliance requirements.
As a Sales Development Representative at Daiki, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our customer base. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
**Your Tasks**
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Efforts**:Coordinate and manage our inbound and outbound sales efforts in coordination with internal team and external partners.
- Own and update our customer onboarding process, adapting as we grow, and coordinate with the team.
- Qualification: Understand the pain points and needs of potential customers, and assess whether they are a good fit for our platform.
- Schedule and lead meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM, including tracking MQLs & SQLs, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and refine messaging.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs and market trends.
**Your Skills**
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within a SaaS or tech startup environment.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken); good German skills a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or product management is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
