Wir suchen extrem motivierte Personen, die Ihre Karriere im Sales & Account Management starten möchten. Als "Junior Sales Development Representative" ist es dein Ziel, neue Unternehmen via Telefon, E-Mail & Social Media von New Fluence zu begeistern.

Aufgaben
- Identifikation neuer Unternehmen aus den Bereichen Food, Fashion, Beauty und Fitness, denen wir mit unserem Konzept weiterhelfen können
- Dokumentation deiner Arbeit im CRM-System
- Konstante Optimierung des Sales Prozesses

Qualifikation
- Du möchtest im Sales durchstarten
- Du bist selbstbewusst und hast exzellente Präsentations
- und Kommunikations-Skills
- Du liebst es neue Dinge zu lernen und wächst mit der Herausforderung
- Du arbeitest gern selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich
- Pro-Aktivität, Optimismus und Hands-On Mentalität
- Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb ist gewünscht aber kein Muss

**GEHALT**:

- Zielgehalt von 2.300 - 3.300 brutto/Monat (Vollzeitbasis) inklusive Provisionen
- Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei dementsprechender Ausbildung & Berufserfahrung
