Area Change Manager Western Europe Hq

**The Area Change Manager role** covers the full range of Microsoft products and services and will suit you if you can think strategically and deliver results, understand the detail of how our business operates across it’s breadth, and be open to working on new and complex challenges. You will be highly respected by Sales & Marketing organization, will champion change as a practice within the company, drive buy-in & support and educate everyone in your organization on the strategic changes we are making. You will engage with the Area LT, and Field teams to develop momentum and energy to accelerate transformational MCAPS Programs. You have a passion for Microsoft with deep expertise in collaborating to drive new solutions and implement them across the people, process and technology aspects of any change.
Together with the Area Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving the Digital Transformation of Microsoft across 4 pillars. Instill a customer obsessed **Culture** in every aspect of our organization and our activities. Building a knowledge center for **Change Management** based on the PROSCi methodology to help land the evolution of our **Sales Models** to support our customers transition to the Cloud. Drive customer success through **Modern skills** initiatives, including the functional and technical skills of Microsoft Western Europe employees. And instill a transformational culture, with clear **Communication**, scaled through inspiring ambassadors and stories.
**Responsibilities**:**
Your** responsibilities include**
- Participate in broader, cross-organizational v-teams to land transformation activities in the Area & Subs (sales/consumption plays, process improvements)
- Partner closely with the communication team to create a strategic transformation internal communication plan; ensure local champions & ambassadors are recognized and their stories shared to inspire others.
- Play a leading consultant role in the Change Management Center of Excellence, to enable structured and successful landing of key changes in the organization.
- Co Develop and execute sales culture transformation plan to ensure individuals and managers are adopting new habits, behaviours and activities to continue to transform their capabilities.
- Together with the Learning/Skilling lead develop & land the comprehensive Modern Skills transformation plan, across Internal, Customers, Partners and Society.
- Support the Area & Country Leadership Teams to ensure all parts of the business deliver the changes and evolve behaviors across the business to support the change
- Manage tough questions with care and professionalism, support leaders through the change and challenge them to take difficult decisions to support change
- Create mechanisms to sustain the change, generate energy to reach the tipping point necessary to mainstream new behaviors
- Be a connector, building a strong network with key stakeholders with whom you will need to collaborate and help land new initiatives successfully
- Support local business growth initiatives based on Digital Transformation market opportunities
- Advance Microsoft’s cultural transformation by creating a Learning Culture that prioritizes time to complete required training and modeling a learn it all culture. You are indirectly accountable for building area-wide technical and industry capability across employees, partners & customers for sustainable business performance
**Qualifications**:**
Experience**- Experience in implementing (strategic) programs is preferred, change management capability and proven ability to work across product, sales and marketing teams
- Proven capabilities of exemplary impact through cross-group collaboration and partnerships
- Technology industry experience highly desirable. Consumer/Devices experience nice to have
**Knowledge**
- Good understanding of sales and marketing models and how they are evolving
- Business and sales operations as well as fluency in business trends & Digital Transformation (DT) is essential.
- Technical confidence across Microsoft technologies & solutions highly desirable.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field is required, MBA is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
