The aim of our team Group Markets Business Development: Business optimization by supporting decision makers with institutionalized data analysis

Creating added value for our trading and sales business with insightful reporting and business analysis is key; connecting the set of various data based information with market developments and key indicators should support the understanding of trends and business development. For this purpose we are looking for a new team member who is data affine and eager to develop business analysis which supports decision making of top management, traders and sales as well as other steering departments in the Group.

**Your Tasks**:

- Reporting and analyzing daily trading and sales results group-wide (incl. CEE subsidiaries) with a strong focus on quality assurance and process handling
- Developing business analysis which support the understanding of the actual performance development of specific trading desks
- Drawing conclusions on the performance of the business and its drivers and pro-active communication and exchange with business
- Identify potential business opportunities derived from data fact based analysis
- Handling and usage of big data sets derived from a data warehouse, building the bridge between data evaluation and business performance interpretation

**Your Background**:

- Having a finance background in Accounting/Controlling/ALM and/or trading/sales; business background in capital markets area is of advantage
- Strong reporting user skills (e.g. Tableau)
- Proactive, reliable and solution oriented attitude, taking ownership and leading ideas and their development
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication and presentation skills
- Supporting a great team spirit

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 40.120,36 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person
