**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You act as First Level support for Austrian employees and respond to their hotline or eMail inquiries or administrative HR topics during the entire employee life cycle, e.g. inquiries on time management, travel management, My Self Service, salary, tax or social insurance related questions etc.
- You maintain employee related information for Austrian employees in SAP HR and administrates new hires, internal transfers, terminations
- You administrate time management in different SAP HR related portals and provide support to local HR and line managers in time management related questions (e.g. shift work, flexi time)
- You administrate employee portal My Self Service (based upon SAP Fiori technology) and workflows within this tool; work on continuously improving My Self Service in close alignment and support HR Systems-colleagues and provide support for employees and line managers in regards to My Self Service
- You generate standard and ad-hoc reports from SAP HR for line managers, HR internal customers, authorities etc.
- You prepare HR Admin related communication material, e.g. FAQs, help texts, training material etc. and conduct training on SAP HR, TMW, My Self Service for employees, line managers, HR colleagues
- You actively challenge and improve SAP HR data quality and actively suggest process and system simplifications and improvements

**Your profile**:

- You have Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences
- You have minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- You have excellent knowledge of SAP HR, SAP Fiori (My Self Service) functionalities and workflows
- You have solid understanding of HR processes
- You have knowledge on Austrian payroll, tax and social insurance and labor law topics
- You have very good reporting skill from SAP HR and other tools
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
