The overarching aim of the BMW Group's new agency model is to enhance customer satisfaction, brand experience, and reach new online-savvy customer segments.

**What awaits you?**:

- Secure and manage the implementation of required processes and systems in the 9 markets to enhance the online customer journey for the agency model in Omni-Channel Sales (OCS) for BMW & MINI.
- Act as the contact and coordinator for central, regional, and market-level stakeholders in the field of OCS.
- Responsible for the successful transformation from indirect to direct sales model, ensuring system handover and training.
- Steer the rollout of OCS-related topics like Digital Vehicle Sales (DVS), Digital Checkout, BMW PAY, C.ON, and the ONE backend for agents.
- Manage the rollout of Online Customer Portals, including the online vehicle booking service, and steer the MyBMW / MyMINI app enhancements.
- Collaborate with the CIM Rollout Manager to find synergies, plan, and coordinate the rollout.

**What should you bring along?**:

- Degree in business or informatics (IT or similar education or professional experience).
- Notable experience with CRM systems preferably Salesforce
- Project management skills to steer projects in an international environment.
- Conceptual skills with the ability to relate given targets to direct operations necessities.
- Fluent in English (German as an asset)
- Hands on and self-driven attitude with excellent communication skills operations necessities.

We are looking for you as of now and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 3.300 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
