Group Leader HR Services & Payroll (M/F/d)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Management of a team of six employees as well as responsibility for the operational process in the areas of Payroll and HR Services
- Responsible for payroll accounting for our active employees, pensioners and sales companies in Europe
- First point of contact for all payroll, tax and social insurance issues - both internally and externally
- Ensuring SOX compliance incl. implementation of internal and external controls and audits according to SOX, FIC and PLB
- Close interface to the Finance, Controlling and IT departments
- Collaboration in cross-functional and international HR projects, in the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements as well as in personnel cost planning and in personnel controlling

Experiences and Skills that will make You great at the role
- Relevant economic apprenticeship or studies incl. passed training as a personnel accountant
- Several years of professional experience in HR management with a focus on payroll - ideally in an international, manufacturing company
- High affinity for numbers and for IT with very good knowledge of payroll tax, social insurence and labor law
- Very good experience in HR processes and Payroll transactions, ideally in SAP
- Cooperative leader with reliable, precise and conscientious working style and strong communication skills in German and English

You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 58.098,60 gross/year in accordance with the very attractive collective agreement for the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
