HR System & Process Specialist (M/F/d)

The HR System & Process Specialist will be responsible for the planning and management of multiple local HR Transformation Projects and participating in global HR-projects & initiatives with focus on transformation and digitalization, process standardization and optimization in close cooperation with diverse stakeholder groups across BRP-Rotax.
Your new adventure
- Identify and optimize HR business process and tools opportunities and lead improvements and/or implementation
- Collaborate with IT department to integrate HR systems for seamless data flow
- In coordination with the global HR technology team, contribute to defining the digital HR roadmap with the goal of end-to-end digitization and automation of key HR or employee-related processes, including the optimization of the master data and workflow system as well as the necessary adjustments to our HCM system
- Support management of HRIS projects in cooperation with internal and external partners and our IT organization
- Participate in global technology programs including local deployment
- Continuously drives the digitalization of HR or employee-related processes and is involved in the further development of the HR operating model as well as in the definition of global and local HR end-to-end processes
- Enables and creates the design of processes, workflows, and best practices
- Implement and monitor data privacy and security protocols for employee information

Your experiences and skills
- Degree in Business Informatics, or Business Administration, or Human Resource Management
- 5 years of professional experience in a leading project role related to HR processes or HRIS.
- Field-relevant experience in the use and implementation of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
- A strong affinity for optimizing processes in HR and innovative IT solutions.
- Track record of successfully leading large projects or programs in the area of HR Transformation
- Experienced in stakeholder management and highly developed communication skills
- Pro-active and hands-on approach to challenges and getting things done mindset
