Your new adventure

Participation in the design and implementation of the digital strategy while being responsible for digital product communication and tools (websites, newsletters, analytics tools, marketing automation tools, GDPR, etc.) and general marketing support for the RPS Business.

Marketing automation (B2B + B2C)

Active participation in the international B2B & B2C marketing automation strategy in coordination with all stakeholders (BRP, internal business units and external partners)

Creating online marketing campaigns for our Business Units and running success analyses, based on relevant social media KPIs

Conception and implementation of innovative digital marketing automation strategies in close cooperation with our external agency

Conception and implementation of different customer journeys in terms of process, content and design in cooperation with our external agency

Close cooperation and exchange with the Business Tools department when designing the system landscape (automation tools, consent management tools, tools for data management and processing)

GDPR compliance for marketing and communication activities

Understanding of current GDPR issues

Implementation of the GDPR topics with the support of external experts and the internal legal department

Coordination of GDPR issues with our sales network

eCommerce (B2B + B2C)

Preparation of strategy and implementation of eCommerce topics

Your experiences and skills

Completed studies (university, FH) with a focus on Marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing or similar alternative.

5 years’ experience in Marketing and Communications, previous experience working at a marketing agency highly regarded

Experience with analytic tools, Google Ads, Google Data Studio and Salesforce is an advantage

Know-how with Marketing Automation and respective tools (Adobe Campaign) as well as with different CMS systems (Craft, Magento)

Very good knowledge of both spoken and written German and English mandatory

We offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 53,068.12 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
