Join Crystal Ski as an office-based Operations Support Agent and be the key link in the chain between our resort teams, our head office colleagues, and our suppliers, providing essential admin support to enable our resort teams to focus on delivering amazing customer service.

**This is a seasonal local contract. To apply, you must be an EU National to be considered.**

**Salary: 1,700 - 2,000 (€) per month + Accommodation can be provided if required.**

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Help keep our guests happy - being the ‘go to’ person for our resort staff, for quick, accurate information
- Work with the resort teams to ensure the content of our Crystal Ski Explorer App is professional, on brand, useful and above all engaging for our guests
- Collate, log & report on all paperwork - whether digital or paper-based - generated by resort teams (e.g. HR, health & safety, vehicle paperwork)
- Distribute and asset manage all company equipment, such as uniform, company vehicles, mobile phones, and ipads that are issued to resort staff
- Liaise with suppliers - ranging from utilities companies to staff accommodation owners to telecom providers - to resolve issues promptly
- Be part of the team on the ground at the airport on a Saturday.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Fluent in verbal and written **English and German **is required. Additional European languages are advantageous
- An open, friendly & collaborative approach, with the ability to quickly build trust with both guests, colleagues and suppliers
- You manage your time really well and your attention to detail is high. You always produce work to a really high standard
- You’re self-motivated and able to work on your own. Decision-making and taking the initiative comes naturally to you
- You love detail and work methodically to get things done thoroughly and within deadlines
- You are tech savvy with a digital attitude. You’re confident working with Outlook, Excel and Word.
- You have staying power, perseverance, and flexibility
- You want the challenge of working overseas, like the idea of getting ski time but like the structure of an office role
- Ideally, you enjoy driving overseas and are not daunted by doing so in snowy conditions
- You’ve experience in working in an office environment or something similar, but you’re happy to be guest-facing too
