**Ground Operations**

**Tätigkeiten**
- Tägliche Planung und Organisation der einzusetzenden Fahrzeuge unter Beachtung der Produkt
- und Sendungsanforderungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Regelungen, Abläufe und rechtlichen Anforderungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Überprüfung und Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentation bei Inkasso Sendungen
- Vollständiges Briefing und Debriefing der Nahverkehrsfahrer und Übergabe/Übernahme der entsprechenden Sendungsdokumentation
- Abarbeitung/Erstellung diverser Reports und Statistiken
- Bearbeitung und Lösung von Problemfällen
- Kommunikation mit den in
- sowie ausländischen Niederlassungen

- Selbständigkeit (Treffen von Entscheidungen)
- Belastbarkeit (Umgang mit Stresssituationen und -faktoren)
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit (mit Kunden, KollegInnen
- sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich)
- Flexibilität (Eigenorganisation)
- Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse
- Branchenkenntnisse bzw Erfahrung im Transportwesen von Vorteil
- Gute geografische Kenntnisse im Raum OÖ und westliches NÖ

Das Gehalt für diese Position orientiert sich an marktüblichen Standards sowie Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das Bruttomonatsgehalt für diese Position beträgt
**mindestens € 2.252,-** (Vollzeit, 40h/Woche). Neben der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung bieten wir umfassende Aus
